Phenomenal Waterfront Living in this quaint Glen Cove village. From your new patio, living room, dining room, and primary bedroom suite, you are able to relax and enjoy the waters of Glen Cove in the Carquinez Straight and Glen Cove Waterfront Park...while only steps to the San Francisco Bay Trail and the Bay Area Ridge Trail. This lovingly cared-for and recently updated home is one of the original builder's personal homes. With brand new laminate flooring, brand new carpet, and brand new interior paint throughout, it is ready for its next happy owners to make it their own. Soaring ceilings and oversized windows in the living room provide an abundance of natural light, filling the voluminous space with joy. The spacious kitchen offers plenty of counter space, views to the water, a laundry closet, two-car garage access, breakfast nook, powder room, breakfast bar, and access to the dining room with its slider doors out to the fabulous patio. A generous primary bedroom suite upstairs includes an elevated view of the bay waters, dual-sink vanity, walk-in shower stall, separate water closet, and a walk-in closet. Two more bedrooms, another full bathroom, and a loft/office/play space round out the upper level. All of this nestled in its own well-maintained, quiet hamlet by the sea.

Ted Stumpf

Ted draws energy and joy from building synergetic relationships with his Clients. Ted's nature is graciously gregarious and persevering; he's honest; and he's been dedicated to a substantial list of clientele throughout his 25 years in the hospitality business and almost two years as a REALTOR. His passion is creating a sincere, successful relationship with people.

Ted grew up in a family of Realtors in central Indiana, earned a degree in economics and philosophy from the University of Notre Dame, and jumped into all aspects of the restaurant business. His ensuing hospitality career path eventually led him into the Event Management Sales & Service role in hotels and quickly guided him to Los Angeles, San Francisco, and finally to a luxury resort in the Napa Valley, where he, his husband, and their dog have resided for almost a decade now.

The irony is not lost on Ted that his ‘growth’ journey has culminated in“living happily ever after” in an agricultural area with a small-town feel and sense of community strikingly reminiscent of his youth…and as a REALTOR nonetheless!
